Daily Log - Wednesday, March 27
Robin has been pretty silent since the Monday "hurting herself incident". I went to work. She went to work. On Wednesdays, she often stops be a little Church in Safety Harbor that's near the library where she works. They have a Wednesday service. It's a small group of people. Robin has become friendly with some of them. I'm really happy she goes to this service. I've gone a couple times with her, but she almost seems annoyed that I'm there with her, like I'm infringing on her personal quiet time. So I haven't gone in awhile.
I've asked her the last few weeks via text "Are you going to church tonight?" When she replies "yes", I usually do a happy face back, or say something like "I'm glad you are still going" as words of encouragement. Well, I guess that's not how it was received. Today when I asked, she answered, but immediately said she didn't want me to respond with any of that.
I asked her via text if she wanted to watch the newest episode of the Mandolorian tonight. She said ok. We watched it when she got home. Archie sat next to us and ate his yogurt. We finished around 9:30pm. I went to go work on my computer at the kitchen table, and Archie headed up to his room. Robin started getting ready for bed and started turning off lights around the house. Around that time, Josie left her bedroom to go take a shower. She was in the bathroom, and we didn't know this. Our newest cat Misty was in Josie's room. The door was closed as usual and apparently the cat wanted out. So it started meowing. We were wondering if Josie was going to get up and let her out (we didn't know she was in the bathroom). After about 10 meows, Robin was frustrated and asked me if I knew why Josie was keeping her in there. I said "no". She seemed to be mad with that response, and ran and grabbed a pillow and a blanket and got in her car. I guess she was going to sleep out there because of the cat. I went upstairs and saw Josie was in the shower and wasn't hearing the meows. I opened the door and let the cat out of the bedroom. I went downstairs and texted Robin that the cat was out and Josie was in the shower. But then I saw that she was driving away. I texted her asking where she was going. She said she would be back in a few hours and asked that I start the dishwasher. So I did. I went to bed about 30 minutes later. I could see on the GPS that she was in the parking lot of the Publix grocery store. I check a few more times before I dozed off. In the morning I saw that the car was outside in the driveway. I could also see on the Ring Camera notifications that she had come home at 3:30am. She was sleeping upstairs on the mattress that was on the floor. Before I headed to work went upstairs. She was awake. I asked if I could give her a quick hug & kiss. She said yes. I did. I also told her I loved her. She did not respond.
